Level 1 Beginners Course


This course seeks to provide an introduction to the WHOLE system of not just the form of exercise it has become known as in the Western world.

It is designed for complete beginners but may also be of interest to those who are interested to explore the basics in a bit more depth than some large group classes permit.

Numbers are limited to enhance the learning process and  provide individual care and attention.

The course is progressive, building upon concepts and poses each week.

The syllabus is divided approximately half theory and half physical practice.
