New found inner strength across all activities in your life. This is perfect for those new to yoga and want a slow paced class with lots of guidance or those who would like to refine their practice with a new sense of understanding. Located at Private Riverside Studio TW16 6AS

Saturday Yoga Club For Men Workshops

Saturday - 2 hour workshops to introduce you to the Power of yoga

This is a new offering to fire up your health and have lasting effects in all other aspects of your life. Yoga for men of all ages and sizes. Dads bring your sons, sons bring your Dads. This workshop will include handouts and take home work for you to explore more on your own.

Sessions £60 for Yoga, SUP Yoga and Paddleboarding Instruction (initial sessions are 90 minutes in length)

Session cards available; £300 for 6 private 1:1 sessions either in my private studio or on a paddleboard.

Private Group Classes

SUP Yoga and Paddleboarding instruction for 3 to 6 people =  £40 per person, and  7+  is £30 per person

*Please note all Paddleboarding and SUP Yoga Classes are 1.5 hours in length.

Corporate Yoga Classes £70 per hour Couples Yoga on Land or Water your choice  £125 (includes prosecco and canapés)

I offer the following styles of Yoga: Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yoga for Beginners and Yoga for Athletes. All instruction includes Breath Work and Guided Meditation.
